The face-to-face budget is free and fast, usually between 15 to 20 minutes is enough.
The need of every customer. We have observed various formats of families and routines and understanding this allows us to offer more efficient and appropriate solutions for each client, that is, we offer a personalized work for each client.
Yes, we can inform by phone the price charged per hour, but without detailed knowledge of work and customer expectations we realize after years of experience that these customers have an index of dissatisfaction with work in the future much greater compared to customers who had the face-to-face budget. Based on the price per hour, something generalized is being offered instead of personalized.
It is at the discretion of the customer. Our Cleaners are trained to offer the best in the customer’s presence or absence.
Yes! We have this option among our services as well as the option (Pet Friendly). These are some particularities that are usually mentioned in the face-to-face budget and that allow us to offer a specific cleaning routine.
